This SMS Policy explains how CRIS YOUNG Sales Training uses text messaging and how you can opt in or out. This page supports A2P 10DLC registration and carrier compliance.

Program description

CRIS YOUNG Sales Training sends text messages to individuals who submit our website contact form and provide express consent. Messages may include training follow-ups, scheduling, class updates, and — only if you separately opt in — promotional offers about sales training programs.

Opt-in (how you subscribe)

You opt in by:

  1. Submitting the contact form in our website chat widget ("Cris")
  2. Providing your mobile phone number
  3. Checking the required consent box with language similar to:
"I agree CRIS YOUNG Sales Training may contact me by phone, email, or text about my training request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

Promotional/marketing texts require a separate optional checkbox. We do not send promotional texts without that separate opt-in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and enrollment status. Typically 0–4 messages per month for active inquiries; promotional programs may send up to 4 messages per month if opted in.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any text from us to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Sample messages

Transactional: "Hi [Name], this is CRIS YOUNG Sales Training following up on your class inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out."

Promotional (opt-in only): "CRIS YOUNG: New in-home sales workshop dates are open. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Privacy
